Happy 5th anniversary to us!!

Yes, it was our anniversary Saturday, and what did we do, where did we go? Well, we went to the Naval Air Museum for the kids. They loved seeing all the airplanes and different things there. (our "real" date isn't until this Friday)













While we were on base, we also stopped by Colin's dad's grave. The kids were really amazed by all the tombstones there.

Yes, another sleeping picture of Kyla, just too cute not to share, lol. I can't wait until school to get them back to routine. This was another day with skipped nap time and she fell asleep at 6:15pm and she stayed asleep all night too!

Tyler and his buddy, Aiden

Tyler and his best buddy Aiden have missed each other since we moved to Pensacola, but they got to catch up with each other for the past few days. They've got to spend the past couple of days together playing here at the house (playing batman/spiderman the WHOLE time), shopping, and to the movies. They've had a blast, and call each other "best friends." Their words, not ours. Tyler will get to see him again soon in September b/c it'll be Aiden's birthday, so he is already looking forward to that!

These are two cute videos I got of Kyla. The first one she is singing with me a song that I sing to her every night before she goes to sleep. It's called "All to sleep." Funny thing is that I got it off of a tape that I had as a child (sleeping beauty), it was an old cassette tape with a book, and that song has always stuck in my head and I remembered it. I sang it to Alexa as well.
The next video is just one I took of us before bedtime and as you can see, Colin was already falling asleep, lol.

Our day in FWB (the city, ha ha)

Friday, we went to Ft. Walton and met Clarissa, Tiara, and Jasmine there. The kids and I had so much fun with them. We ate at Pandas, went to Target (our fav. place), to the park, to get smoothies, and to the mall. We don't get to see them that much anymore, so we really enjoyed the day! Here are a few pics!

See Kyla in this cute little summer dress. She's 2 years old and can wear the same clothes Alexa wore at 4 years old! Look below!













Oh, and if you noticed that Kyla's hair is shorter, it is, not by my choice though. Alexa decided to play hair dresser with Kyla, herself and Tyler. She cut off Kyla's long pieces of hair, and I had to even it up. She cut off of some of Tyler's hair too, and hers as well. I had to take 2 inches off of her hair.
I was quite upset, and still get irritated when I think about it, lol and she got in BIG trouble, and will never do that again.
