Very short visit with Christy

We were lucky enough to get to see Christy for just a short period on Sunday when she was passing through. The kids of course were so excited b/c they were surprised. Here are a few pics!

The kids dressed as farmers to their fall fun day at school today. Kyla even joined in on the fun. I told them to look serious in some of the pics, it was quite funny. Alexa can even make overalls look cute with her posing, lol.

Pics of the kids, and yes, Tyler's cast is now blue. We went to get the other taken off, and it wasn't quite healed yet, so he had to be recasted and chose blue this time. Another three weeks...

Rachel's surprise visit

Rachel surprised us with a visit last week. It was great seeing her and the kids of course were all over her. Here are a few pics and remember, I'm still using my camera phone, lol.

Tyler's fractured arm

I've been meaning to post this for awhile. Two weeks ago, Tyler was playing tag at school with a bunch of older boys and the boy in front of him tripped, and Tyler fell on him and the one behind Tyler fell on Tyler and he landed on his arm. He came home saying it was sore, but he used it so we figured he was fine. A few days went by, and it was a little swollen and he wasn't using it as much, so we took him in to the doctor. He has a greenstick fracture in both bones in the arm, and was casted. He had to have the long arm cast b/c one of the fractures went higher close to his elbow. He has to wear it for three weeks, so one week down now and two more to go. He got all of his class to sign it, so he thought he was pretty cool. Mommy, daddy, and Alexa were the only ones to sign it in this picture, lol.

My visit to Atlanta

I went to Atlanta this past weekend to visit with Christy and help her move. It is great having her back again so close and we had some fun with our phone cameras as you can see.
