As soon as the "mommies" got back from our relaxing trip, we headed to Bradin's 7th birthday party (Kim's son) at the skating rink. It was the first time my kids had ever been to one. Tyler and Alexa had a lot of fun. Tyler didn't quite get it though, and I had to hold onto them both. We were so tired b/c we were going on about 3 hours sleep, so as you can tell from pics, we were tired, and with no make up, lol!

My 1st Biloxi trip
My friends Kim and Rhonda, and I took a trip to Biloxi, MS for a night. (Kim had a free room) and we had a blast, and enjoyed time without the kids for once. It was a well-needed trip. We swam, ate at Boomtown, and sat in hot tub. Kim surprised us both with us all three getting massages. It was sooo nice! We look forward to going back!!
We are arriving at the casino..Isle of Capri..

Kids in the rain
This day, after the kids came home from school, I decided to take them out and let them help me clean out the car, and then help me wash the car, which they love to do. While we were in the middle of cleaning it out, it all of a sudden started to rain hard on us, not surprising knowing Florida weather. So, since they were already wet and hot, I let them play in the rain. They had so much fun doing that, more fun than even the park. It was fun to watch them play and have so much fun!!!

The kids
Cute pics of kids.
These were just too cute of Tyler. I told him to be a super hero, and this is what he did.

About Tyler...
Well, just wanted to put out an update on Tyler. We've been dealing with sickness for about two and a half weeks now with Tyler. Went to doctor last week, got the normal antibiotic b/c he had an ear infection in both ears, pretty bad. We thought he was getting better, today would be the 10th day on it, but yesterday, the fever started back, and last night, we were up all night long b/c of him coughing and breathing problems. So, back to the doctor we go this morning. I knew there was something wrong with them, call it mother's intuition, other than the ear infection. His chest was really tight, and he was breathing fast, and his little heart was beating fast. His pulse was high. They did two breathing treatments on him, and gave him a steroid to open him up. That wonderful amoxicillin did nothing for his ears, so he is now on a stronger antibiotic for that as well. Turns out he takes after his momma, and has asthma. So, he's doing breathing treatment every 4 hours now, and will go back to doctor on Monday for recheck. After the sickness is over, we'll get into how to deal with asthma and inhaler and all that. Wonderful! Needless to say, he is very hyper now (thanks to breathing treatment) and I'm supposed to keep him calm and not do anything strenuous for the next few days, lol, but he is much better and acting like himself again. Man, what a day!
